The prompt turns your voice memo into a checklist. That part is handled.

Then the checklist sits in a doc on your laptop, and you're back where you started. It lives somewhere only you know about, and your volunteers still come find you when something breaks.

So I made a place to put it.

The Church Notion System Hub Template is the Notion hub I run at my own church. You copy it into your own free Notion in one click, drop your new checklist onto the right page, and your team pulls it up on their phone while they work.

These two were built for each other. I wrote the prompt to format your checklist for Notion on purpose, in the exact shape these role pages expect. So what comes out of the prompt drops straight in and already looks right. No reformatting, no cleaning it up, no fighting with it.

Here's what's inside:

• A page for every Sunday role, already laid out: audio, ProPresenter, livestream, switcher and cameras, mobile cam, photo. Quick checklist on top for the volunteer who has done it before, full steps underneath for the one who never has.
